Guyana Foundation Receives Donation from Caribbean Containers Inc.

The Guyana Foundation recently received a donation of two folding tables from Caribbean Containers Inc. These items were received by the Foundation’s Managing Director, Anthony Autar, for its recently opened Sunrise Center at Lot 1, Zorg-En-Vlygt, Essequibo Coast.

Autar stated that the donated tables will enhance the operations of the Center, which currently offers four skills-training courses, mental health support services and holistic wellness activities to improve the mental well-being of residents of the Essequibo Coast. He also expressed thanks to CCI on behalf of the Foundation, stating that “the Foundation is inspired by the generosity of donors like CCI that answer the call to give.”

Meanwhile, the Human Resources Manager of Caribbean Container Inc., Mr. W.J. Lorrimer, extended his company’s best wishes to the Foundation for “continued success in [its] efforts in bringing essential services to various communities in need.”
